Meet the team behind Our Legacy Fund

My name is Alyssa Holsinger. I'm a Bradford native and have been working at American Refining Group since 2017. I am incredibly thankful to be a part of Our Legacy Fund—it's meaningful to me to give back and be part of something that’s helping build and strengthen our community for generations to come. Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending quality time with my family and enjoying the little things that make life in Bradford special.

My name is Kelly Taylor. I have been fortunate enough to work at American Refining Group for 23 years and counting. With the generosity of our owners, I feel honored and privileged to serve this committee. The mission and goals to help improve our community is exactly the same focus I want to be involved with. My enjoyment outside of work is my family and the four seasons.

My name is Nicole Butler, and I began my career at American Refining Group in January 2013. As a Bradford native, I take great pride in being a member of the Our Legacy Fund (OLF). The positive influence that OLF has already exerted on Bradford and the neighboring communities is truly inspiring. Serving on this committee and witnessing the tangible "good" that is being accomplished is an incredibly rewarding experience. Outside of work, I value spending time with my family and friends and have a passion for reading.

Howdy my name is John Landes.  I’m a transplant to the community of Bradford from Texas.  I have been working at American Refining Group since 2007.  I feel very blessed and fortunate to be a part of Our Legacy Fund.  My thoughts about giving back to our community are, don’t stand on the sidelines or sit in the bleachers and complain about how bad things are.  Get in the game and be a meaningful part of making your community a better place to live.  Outside of work I can be found working around my house and enjoying the slow pace of life that this area offers.

My name is Kevryn Dixon, and I’m the Director of Reliability at American Refining Group.  I participate in various boards and committees but enjoy my time on Our Legacy Fund board the most.  I feel strongly about it’s mission and I am committed to contributing all I can to it’s directives to support our community.  Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, my dogs, and learning new hobbies.

I'm Amy O'Neil, Procurement Manager at American Refining Group, where I've proudly worked for the past 22 years. I was born and raised in Bradford, and it’s where I’ve raised my family and built a life I love.

Giving back to my community is something I’m deeply passionate about. Outside of work, my greatest joys are spending time with my family—especially my grandchildren—and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

Go Bills!

I’m proud to serve on Our Legacy Board, helping to continue the tradition of giving back.

My Name is James Kelley, and I have been with American Refining Group for 17 years.  As a lifelong resident born, raised and educated in Bradford, I am passionate when it comes to being able to provide mentorship and guidance for our up-and-coming leaders and be able to give back to my hometown in any way that I can.

I am proud to be a member of the Our Legacy Fund.  It’s been an honor to collaborate with my fellow committee members throughout this journey and be able to create a framework and foundation for grant opportunities for local organizations.  “To be able to assist nonprofits, volunteer organizations and businesses that want to help strengthen and make Bradford a stronger more developed community is of great pride and satisfaction to me.

My wife and I have been married for 24 years, in which we have raised two children in our hometown.  We are committed to giving back to our community as we all are active with various volunteer and charitable organizations.  Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, an avid baseball fan and I have served with the Derrick City Volunteer Fire department for the past 24 years (past Fire Chief-17 yrs), currently serving as an Assistant Fire Chief/EMT-B.

My name is Edward Dallenbach. I'm a Bradford native, born and raised right here in our community. I've been fortunate to work at American Refining Group for 23 years, spending time in both operations and technology roles. What I love most about my job is that it brings new challenges almost daily . There are no two days that are quite the same, and that not only keeps things interesting but it keeps me on my toes.

I am proud to be the father of a 19-year-old son, and I feel very grateful to be part of our Legacy Fund. Being able to contribute to something that helps those in need in our community means a lot to me. Bradford has been my home my entire life, and it's rewarding to be part of an organization that gives back and helps strengthen the place I call home for generations to come.

My name is Cheri Sera. I am a dedicated community advocate and proud board member of Our Legacy Fund, where I have a deep passion for service and a commitment to making a meaningful impact. With a strong belief in the power of connection and community, I devote my time and energy to supporting initiatives that uplift individuals and strengthen neighborhoods.

Driven by a lifelong desire to help others, I have been involved in numerous outreach efforts, nonprofit collaborations, and volunteer programs. My leadership style is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a strong sense of social responsibility.

As a board member, I play a vital role in guiding the organization’s mission and ensuring its programs meet the evolving needs of the people it serves. Whether mentoring youth, supporting local development projects, or advocating for underserved populations, I lead with heart and purpose.

Outside of my board work, I continue to be an active presence in the community, often participating in volunteer events, local planning initiatives, and educational programs aimed at creating positive, lasting changes. In addition to my volunteer efforts, I am a proud small business owner and am deeply committed to using my business as a force for good—intentionally creating job opportunities for individuals who are in need or facing barriers to employment. MY approach reflects my belief that true community support includes both service and empowerment.

I believe that real progress happens when people come together with a shared vision for a better future — and I am proud to be part of an organization that turns that vision into action.
